My progress is gone

The game is saved on the device. Deleting the app deletes the progress. Permanent purchases (No Ads, packs) come back with "Restore purchases" in the Shop.

I didn't get my purchase

Open the Shop and tap "Restore purchases". If it still fails, send us the date and the item name; refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I cancel VIP?

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Idle Space Drones. VIP stays active until the end of the paid period.

Offline earnings

Your drones keep earning credits while you're away, up to a maximum duration. Collect them when you come back.
